Fast food that won’t ruin our diet? WHERE?!

We all like fast food but feel guilty eating them. I literally feel the fat settle down in my tummy when I eat them. But some fast food could be guilt free! Great news right?? Here’s a list!

1- Burger King: BK Veggie Burger  and you can use mayo! that way you’re eating grains, protein, fruit, and dairy 🙂

This is 465 calories.

2- Blimpie: Turkey and Provolone Sandwich 

This is 380 calories.

3- Panera Bread: Black Bean Soup & Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and order an iced tea next to it for a total of 462 calories.

4- Ranch 1: Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Sandwich

This is 400 calories

5- McDonald’s: Premium Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken add a ull dressing packet, and soda for a total of 420calories.

6- TacoTime: Soft Chicken Taco it’s full of taste and only for 360calories

7- Great Steak: Chicken Philly Slider this looks sooo yummy and it’s only 415 calories. Perfect for lunch with a friend, don’t you think?

8- Samurai Sam’s: Teriyaki Chicken Bowl The grilled chicken provides an excellent source of protein, while the brown rice has more fiber than white rice and the fresh steamed vegetables round out the meal. For reasonable 470 calories.

9- Subway: Roasted Chicken Sandwich. Yeyyy we get to eat subway and don’t feel guilty!! A yummy 382calories!

OK prepare yourself for the next one because God it’s yummyyyyyyy!!!

10- Cold Stone Creamery: Sinless Cake Batter with Fudge and only 230 calories!!!! 😀
